      Prior to joining STIC Investments, Mr. Chai was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of GoldenPole, a consultancy firm which sources, executes, and manages M&A deals for strategic investors. Before that, he was a project manager at Korea Corporate Restructuring Corporation, an M&A advisor for distressed companies. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Shinyoung Securities in 1998.

Prior to Macquarie Capital, Mr. Cho was an investment professional at Affinity Equity Partners. Before joining Affinity Equity Partners, Mr. Cho worked as an investment banker at HSBC and Merrill Lynch.

      Mr. Do began his career at Shinhan Finance Group as a credit analyst in 1982. He then held various research and investment manager roles in the group. After successfully completing his tenure as the Head of Investment Division at Shinhan Life Insurance, Mr. Do left the group in 1996, and founded STIC Investments in 1999.

      Besides his professional career, Mr. Do served as the chairman of Korea Venture Capital Association from 2003 to 2010.

      Before founding STIC Investments, Mr. Kwak worked as a public equity fund manager at Dongsuh Securities. He also served as the chairman of the operations committee for Korea Core Industrial Technology Investment Association (KITIA) from 2006 to 2011.
